Another league win for DC Heat

 These boys had another great season.  They pulled off some tough wins.

Family fun at the races

 Earlier this year, Noah asked if we could do more activities as a family.

So, here is proof that we did!  The boys have gotten into F1 racing over the last year or so and I figured we could find some local races to go to.  

Off to the Utah Motorsports Campus we went in October.

The boys had a blast and we saw some fun and awesome races.

Thanksgiving 2024

 We had a great Thanksgiving!  

Lindsay and her crew came in town and Noah and Caleb were in heaven to hang with their cousins.

A little touch football was in store - it was sooo cold, but that didn't stop some of the boys from taking off their shirts!

Thanksgiving dinner was amazing, as always when Grandma Richards is in charge!

The day after Thanksgiving, the whole group went to Top Golf.

So much fun spending all that time together.

Later that night, the girls went to see Wicked, but we forgot to take pictures, oh well.

So great when family comes to visit!

Family Pics December 2024

 We decided it was time for some updated family pictures as when we last took them, I was taller than both boys which is no longer the case . . .

Noah turns 13!

 Noah is officially a teenager!

We celebrated with Grandma and Grandpa first before they left town.  Grandma wrapped his money in popsicle makers filled with candy.  Gotta work to find the cash!!

He wanted a fruit pizza for his cake.  Delicious!

He was son worn out after celebrating with G & G that he crashed on the way home.

A few days later, he had his birthday party at home.

He just wanted to have his friends over the "hang out".

We ended up with, I believe, about 18 stinky teenage boys in the basement.

More basketball adventures for Noah

 Noah decided to try out for his junior high basketball team for 2024-2025 school year and he made it!

Noah had such a great experience - he didn't get to play much as it was an 8th grade team that the coach included 7th graders in to prep them for next year.  It was all the team experiences that were so great - riding the bus all together for the away games, team breakfasts for at home games, all the new friendships he made . . .

This Fall, one of my good friends who coaches volleyball, asked if Noah would be interested in playing boys volleyball.  One of the best things about Noah is that he's always willing to try something new.  So with knowing almost next to nothing about volleyball, he went and joined a team and had such a great time.  The team was so fun and supportive!! 

They even won one of the tournaments we played in!!
