We tried to get some good shots with Grandpa and the boys . . . we got nothin'.
I swear Noah really likes riding the ATV's . . . he just doesn't show it.
Caleb, on the other hand, is all smiles.
We took the boys down to the river to throw rocks. They could have stayed all afternoon if we'd have let them. Noah started out with small rocks, but really wanted to do the big rocks like his brother . . .
At least we got a great pic of Grandpa Joel and Caleb.
My dad knows the guy who does the road work up at the cabin so he didn't think the guy would care if the boys made it into a photo op!
The boys LOVED the small road roller. Caleb could have sat there all day and played "construction worker". Noah just had fun exploring and feeling like a big boy!
Father and son
Quality time with Grandpa racing cars!
Unlike Caleb, Noah actually likes hats. He liked the cowboy hat he found up there.
Caleb was old enough to roast his own s'more this summer! Grandma Cathy showed him where to hold the marshmallow over the coals and off he went. He was very proud of himself and he ate that thing so meticulously. No sticky fingers or anything. He ate it very slowly and every single crumb was gone.
(Mom splurged and had a s'more too)
