On Christmas Eve, both my sisters and their families and my parents came over to celebrate together. We had a great time - we occupied every minute with food and actives!
The kids got in the hot tub . . . as the adults watched from the windows above.
Then the kids got to open their new PJs Grandma Cathy made them.
Then we decorated sugar cookies for Santa . . .
Then we had dinner . . .
Followed by Christmas BINGO . . .
And the next event was not documented . . . we had our annual NERF gun fight. My mom bought 20 or so NERF guns and its an all out war in our basement. I'm pretty sure its the kids favorite thing we do - they do love shooting us adults.
And the finale of the night was the reenactment of the Nativity. Caleb got to be Joseph again this year with Kate being Mary again. These 2 were just best friends whenever they got together during the holidays.
Good times had by all . . . and now its time for bed.
