Since Caleb already had his early birthday party in Texas, we kept it pretty low key here at home.
Both Darren and I got to go to Birthday Table at his school and have lunch with him.
His current favorite food is the Sweet Pork Costa Vida Salad
(I know - what 9 year old boy likes salad - only mine!!)
On his actual birthday, he wanted to go to Build a Bear - so we did.
When its your birthday, you only have to pay your age for your bear!
Then they nail you on how much the "accessories" cost 🙄
Luckily, both grandmas and grandpa shared this special day with him...
And gave him presents!
Can't go wrong with frozen Oreo layer cake!!
