We hosted Thanksgiving dinner at our house this year.
I think I say it every year - Thanksgiving meal is so anticlimactic.
You spend all day prepping and then the meal is over pretty darn quick.
My turkey looked great . . .
Unfortunately, it was ready almost 2 hours early. So by the time everyone arrived at the set time, it wasn't exactly the moist turkey it had been hours earlier.
What can you do?? Stupid turkey thermometers.
Thankfully, we still enjoyed having family over and spending time with them.
