Well, we wanted to post a quick update with what we found out from the Doc's on Wed. (Darren writing, Marni told me to do it cause I reminded her we should.) The tumor is pretty much gone on my arm as you can see, minus the work on my elbow they will be doing once I am done with chemo/radiation. They attempted to measure the tumor as they had done before and there was really nothing to measure this time around. Great news!
We also found out a little more detail about what will be happening over the coming months. At the end of the 4th cycle, around Christmas, I will get scanned again (most likely another PET Scan) to determine if the cancer is in remission. If it is, I will be deemed "clinically in remission." That would be a nice Christmas present. I wouldn't need anything else for Christmas. We also found out we will most likely start radiation about 2 weeks after my last Chemo, or about the first part of February. Even if I am in remission after the 4th cycle, I do still need to do the 5th and 6th cycles as well as the radiation treatments.
Other than that, things are going pretty well. The first few days of a new cycle are always fun for us. (Darren not sitting still for more than 5 minutes, getting up every couple hours to walk around while we are trying to sleep.) All in all, things are going pretty darn good.
Marni told me to add this picture of Molly and me as she thought it was cute...(Marni's words, "Chemo tuckers Darren out....just a cute picture of Molly watching over Darren as he sleep.")

That's all great news! I'm so glad the chemo has been working.
What did I tell you Darren - piece of cake...
You guys were always strong enough to deal with this!!
that is super exciting...and hey we want a canasta re-match!
I like all this good news.
I'm glad Molly is helping Marni out. If you can't have a sister wife, you should at least have a helpful dog.
"D", glad to see you are in good spirits. I hope you and Marni have a great Thanksgiving holiday.
I pray that your wishes are granted for Christmas.
God bless,
JayMorr
