So Marni and I were sitting around one day and decided we needed to do something fun to put the chemo/cancer to the side...so we decided to go look at cars a few weeks back. Well....after a half day of looking, long discussions, and Marni giving in...we decided to get rid of the Altima and trade it in for a Mazda 6. (hehe...if any of you know us well...we didn't really just make a rash decision.)
A few people have asked for some pictures so I washed the car today and figured it was a perfect day to take some. The car is an absolute blast. Marni let me add a few bells and whistles that sure make it fun. (V6 engine....zoom zoom!) The night after we bought it, I couldn't sleep, so around 4 in the morning I got up and started reading the owner's manual. Good times! As Marni and I joke, this, besides the house, is Christmas for the next 5 years.

Happy Birthday to you!
Happy Birthday man. Nice car. Definitely, a good choice. That is one that would be on the top of my pick list, just ask Ambra. I'll need to take a ride some time to see if I'm right. I guess your new car will beat mine that's on the way, a Toyota Matrix. (My price wins though, thanks to it being a company car.)
It's a beauty!
We're so sorry to hear about all that has been going on with you guys! Glad to hear that things are getting better. You will be in our prayers! Thanks for putting the new car idea into Kyle's head. :) You know him and cars.
I wonder if it can get to Idaho in less than four hours...
You should totally try it.
Oh, and I just read that you guys are going to adopt! YAY!! You guys will make fantastic parents. Good luck in the process. My friend was called on Thanksgiving morning to find out there was a baby in South Carolina for them.
Marni,
We think it is wonderful that you are starting the process to adopt. Our daughter gave her precious little one up for adoption to a wonderful couple that tried for years to have kids. It was a perfect fit. We will be out there in March for your cousin Clayton's wedding, and can bring a home video by if you would be interested in watching how great the LDS Family Services is.
