Cabin Trip - May 2012

It was Grandma weekend at the cabin this past weekend. Me, Darren and Caleb headed up to the cabin for a quick weekend visit to the cabin with both Grandma Cathy and Grandma Lu!! I must say Caleb was in Heaven. Between playing hide and seek with Grandma Cathy and doing sock puppets with Grandma Lu, our child was super spoiled!! Last Thanksgiving, Caleb "helped" Grandma Cathy make a pie at the cabin, so he asked if he and Grandma could make pie again. How can you say no to that. So, Grandma Cathy was a good sport and made some pudding pie with our budding little baker :) (with the apron she sewed for him). And he got to lick the beaters - lucky boy.

Darren even let him drive the Ranger around . . . what's next???

And Darren saw a moose!! We hadn't seen one of those in a while so it was a relief to know that wildlife still existed up there.
