My Future Chef?

For some reason, Caleb asked for a recipe card and pen the other day because he wanted to write a recipe.  He has seen me use recipes, but I'm not sure where the idea came from to get a "recipe card" and actually write a recipe.  To help him create his "recipe", he asked for his apron and he wanted my whole collection of measuring cups and spoons and mixing bowls.  Needless to say, he got a few of the things he requested and he was off to the kitchen table to write down his creation. 

 I apologize, I did forget to take a picture of the final product . . . an index card with all his ingredients and measurements in his Caleb language :)  I love my kid's imagination!
