It's been a time of adjustment for Noah.
This kid just started losing his teeth finally.
He gained his new nickname, Slinkster, from his Dad courtesy of the Slinky that attacked him.
We chopped off about 3 inches off his afro.
You can't really tell from the photo, but we really did.
And last, Noah got hearing aids!
We've been working with the ENT and various audiologists for the last year to finally get to the point where they would prescribe hearing aids.
It really is just like the videos you see on social media of kids eyes lighting up when they see or hear something for the first time. His eyes got all big and his smile was huge.
A couple of days after he got them, he came inside crying - a new noise had scared him.
He had heard the wind for the first time!!
