This year, we didn't have any big Spring Break plans.
Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate - it snowed over Spring Break.
Since we couldn't play outside, we ate a lot of fun foods and kept busy inside.
We had crab one night. The crabs came whole so we made the boys clean them out and get rid of all the yucky stuff. It was pretty entertaining for Darren and me and we have recordings to remember how grossed out and hesitant the boys were 😂
But they didn't mind eating the crab legs after all the prep!
Another special Spring Break treat . . . white chocolate fondue!
Proof that Spring Break was not that Springy . . .
We did get out the house a couple of times including driving South to meet up with Grandma Cathy for lunch. We tried a new place, Sweet Lake Biscuits & Lemonade. Yeah, weird name.
It was delicious. The boys went for stacked biscuit strawberry shortcake.
Grandma had a delicious looking salad...
And I splurged on a fried chicken sandwich . . . so good.
After lunch, we went to Pirate O's. It's this random store down south that sells international brands and is just full of random stuff. We gave the boys each $15 to spend and they came home with candy, drinks, a rubber oinking pig . . . so weird.
We finished off the week going to the Bountiful temple to do Baptisms as a family.
It was awesome. There weren't many people there so we got to do extra.
