Tour of Hurricane

In April, Darren and I biked the Tour of Hurricane in southern Utah.

We decided to take Darren's Tesla.

Bad idea.

We had to charge the car 4 times because of a headwind going down and we had our bikes on the back.\

It was a painfully slow road trip.  But we made it eventually in over 6 hours . . .

The next day, we rode 83 miles together.

And we survived!

Stupid thing we did though was get in the car after we finished and drove home.

That was not helpful for the muscles.

Good news, we had a tail wind going home so we only had to charge the Tesla twice!
