The weekend before school started, we thought we'd go up to the cabin and relax.
We had grand ideas about going on a nice hike up past Samak.
We knew heading out that there was a possibility of rain . . . yeah, we should have paid more attention to that.
The storm rolling in . . .
Well, the storm came faster than we thought it would. Darren and Noah took off running to get to the car to pick up the rest of us. Needless to say, we all got wet - not soaking thanks to Dad and Noah picking us up.
Then we watched the storm from the Polar King as we got milkshakes!!
Not an adventure we'll forget anytime soon,
