Holy moly have the last couple of weeks been crazy.
COVID19 reared its ugly head starting at the end of last year in China.
Since then, it has become a global pandemic.
It has progressed so quickly - we got announcements of closures and limiting group sizes and flights being canceled...and then school got canceled and life as we know has changed.
Church is canceled and General Conference will be totally virtual.
Grandma and Grandpa Richards are stuck in Dubai - hopefully they'll be let back in.
We did escape up to the cabin for the weekend to get out of the house.
The snow is slowly melting and it won't be long until we can't snowmobile in anymore.
But then, back to reality and digital curriculum for the boys.
As a mom, I am in no way prepared to educate my boys . . .
Thank goodness they have teachers that are prepping stuff for them.
So, here we go...
And then to add insult to injury, we had a 5.7 magnitude earthquake this morning!!
I was in the basement working out when Darren started yelling down at me to get the boys . . .
and I was so confused. I ran upstairs to find the house shaking and our light fixtures swaying.
Needless to say, it was a little scary and threw off our entire day.
Thankfully we didn't sustain any damage, but other areas around the valley did.
We had a couple of after shocks, and that would restart the drama for the boys.
These are crazy times and I want to make sure we include these dramatics in our family history.
