For over 20 years, my parents have been going to The Gazebo for breakfast.
Its this little structure, almost like a shack, that has about 12 tables.
People start lining up really early before it opens at 8.
We got there around 7:30ish and were seated by 8:45am.
The food was worth the wait!!
Noah got the white chocolate chip macadamia nut pancakes.
My mom got a delicious omelet.
And Grandpa got his HUGE plate of fried rice!
Darren and I shared an omelet just like my moms and a plate of pancakes like Noah's - I got the best of both worlds! Caleb did pancakes too - his were just white chocolate chip (he could not order the same thing as Noah 😑).
Then we were off to our next adventure - an ATV ride through the green hillside. Turns out, the area we toured through was an old pineapple farm. Thousands and thousands of acres of land with black plastic weed barrier poking out everywhere. Even with all that, it was still a beautiful area.
The boys felt pretty tough in their helmets.

When we signed up to do this, it said to be prepared to get dirty and to wear clothes that could be thrown away.
I honestly didn't think we would get that dirty.
But we did. And it was clay colored.
Everything we wore that day got pretty ruined 😂
After cleaning up the best we could using washcloths and a sink they had there, we went home and took showers to get the rest off. Even after scrubbing super hard, when we dried off, our white towels now had a clay colored tinge to them. Whoops.
The rest of the day was spent swimming and relaxing. And we stayed in for dinner again and cooked up some ribs - no complaints there.
